A special calculator is available for allowing the user to practice and demonstrate his knowledge and understanding of arithmetic operations with positive whole numbers. This calculator does not provide answers and does not solve expressions. However, it checks the user’s answers and display error messages when necessary.
The calculator can represent addition and subtraction operations graphically. The scale of the numbered axis is adjusted automatically according to the numbers involved.
With this flexible software the teacher can prepare many questions and exercises, which will lead the student to an in-depth understanding of the four basic arithmetic operations.
