The software was designed for teaching and learning in-depth the characteristics, properties and the meaning of Linear Equations and their graphic representation.

THe software enables demonstration and exploration the meaning of the Linear Equation’s parameters in its commonly used Slope-Intercept form, as well as in its Standard form.

The software's interface is designed to help the user to pay attention to every parameter and every property and characteristic of the Linear Equation and its effect on the graphical representation. While the user is changing the value of a parameter, he can experience, watch and follow the corresponding changes of the equation and its graphical representation, as well as its corresponding properties (and how they are calculated).

The following forms of the Linear Equation are available:

• Slope-intercept form (y = ax + b)

• Standard form (Ax+By = C)

• Point-slope form y = a(x - x₀) + y₀

• Intercepts form x/d + y/b = 1

• A Line Through Two Points
