Standard Package Configuration
A standard PC package, which you receive by mail or curier, is a single-user package with a CD. Every software' package purchased is accompanied by its own help and Quick-Reference Guide. A MathematiX CD contains an Audio-Visual Tutorial, Visual Examples and some Teaching Activities as well. This material should be sufficient to learn how to work with the software. If you need any further information, please refer to our customer support.

Payment
Payments should be in $US. European countries may pay in EURO currency. The payment will be made by credit card only. 
The payment documentation can be sent via fax, certified mail, email or online.
All orders will be at prices current and discounts upon receipt of your order.

Product Return Policy
If the product will have any defect - it will be replaced at no cost when returning the defected product. However, you are obliged to contact our customer support in order to try to resolve the problem before returning the product.
