Individual software of this collection can be purchased on-line by
downloading from the web site.
Every software package purchased is accompanied by the needed guidance and
help. This material should be sufficient to learn how to work with the software. If you need
any further information, please refer to our customer support,
or pedagogical support using your customer ID.
Network/Site
License
Network versions are programs protected by a plug and prepared to run on
networked PC computer systems. A site license allows the installation of
multiple computers at a single site through one server. If you have more
than one server or more than 100 computers in the network - please ask for a
special
proposal.
Losing the protection plug means losing the software. Therefore, keep
the plug on the server and avoid unauthorized access to it.
Note: if a school/institute purchases a network license for more than one
of our products - all the software will be protected with one plug for one
server. PC
Lab Package (Non-networking site license)
A school/institute can
purchase a license for any number of individual computers to be used
directly, for instance, to be installed in 50 laptops. The installation on
all computers will be through one or more protection diskettes.
The cost will be similar to the cost of the network version. For

Student
Take-Home
A student version,
that is a full version of the single-user software package, is available
at special discounted prices to schools which purchase a license for at least 25 computers. The
discounted prices depends on the quantity ordered (minimum order of 20).
Ask for a special proposal.
District
Purchasing
Special discount
will be given district network/site license purchase. Students of the
district will receive, as well, significant discounts.

Preview
- Trial Version
The software
collection, presented in this Web site, don't have trial versions as the
provided information is sufficient to understand the products performance
and use.
However, school/Institute
may download a trial version of MathematiX or
Pythagoras for preview purposes from our another web site
www.mathematix.com. The trial period is 30 days.
Professional
Development and Training
In-Service training
or hands-on workshops are available. Please email us
for information.
Payment
Methods
Payments should be
in $US. European countries may pay in EURO currency. Japanese may pay in
yen currency according the official exchange rates. The payment can be
by official check or directly transferred to our New York bank account.
Payment may also be made by credit card.
The payment documentation can be sent via fax, certified mail, email or
online, through our secure server.
Any order must be prepaid.
Technical
Support
Technical support is available to Technology Coordinators and Registered
Users of our current software programs.
If needed, technical support will be provided for the installation of our
protected software on the
network.
For technical
support please email us or fax to +972-9-951-4361 with your
customer ID. We will respond within 3 working days. In special cases,
when personal involvement would be necessary or justified - we shall
contact you by phone. In such cases, please indicate your phone
number, location
and local time preferences.
Backups
For networking - save the
plug and the CD as a backup.
For licensed version users which downloaded the software from our Web
site: keep your user code and your customer ID.
Product
Return Policy
Detailed product information
is provided on our Web site. We believe that this information is sufficient
to make a decision on whether to purchase any
specific product.
Since you received detailed information about our products and also can
obtain a trial version, no refund will be given to networking or
single-user products.
When returned by the same means as delivered, a credit will be available
for the total amount less S & H and a 25% restocking fee.
If you run into an installation problem, please email to our technical
support with your customer ID. In the case of problems that make using the
software impossible - the software will be replaced or your money
will be returned at our option.
